Why a charter?
Sommaire
This charter aims to establish clear principles for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the creation and management of the content of the Projets Libres podcast. It responds to the need for transparency and quality of content.
Who is the charter for?
The charter is aimed at the people involved in the production of the podcast, as well as the listeners.
Why use AI?
As this podcast is produced by a volunteer team, the large language models (LLM) are an aid to carry out tasks that could not have been done otherwise.
Liability
The podcast team is responsible for the content they publish, even if they have the help of LLM.
Listeners are informed when using it.
What to do with AI?
AI can be used for technical tasks such as:
- Noise reduction of one or more audio tracks
- Automatic transcription of episodes
- translation of transcripts
- Translation of social media posts
- research assistance
- Helping to generate logos or visuals for the podcast
Actions declined
The process of creating podcasts is an intellectual work that brings us a lot of satisfaction: we do not want to delegate to an LLM the work on the editorial line and the preparation of the episodes. Being volunteers, the authors of the podcast have no pressure to make quantity or seek any profitability.
What perimeter does the charter apply to?
The charter applies to the various media where the podcast is broadcast, including websites, social networks and podcasting platforms. It also covers the tools and software used in the production of the podcast, including editing and transcription tools.
Models and tools used
As part of its monitoring and learning, the Projet Libres team favors the use of LLM running locally, as soon as possible.
The tools used are indicated for each episode.
